"I love The Hotel"
Wow What can I say about Value place is a very nice neat ,When it comes to the cleaning is awesome the manager is always walking around to make sure everything is running well in general the staff there is very good...The cleaning is outstanding the ac filters are super clean i took the time to check that out, floors are super clean in general the service is outstanding i really recomend this hotel any time to stay...love it...July 2009

"The Best Hotel we've stayed in"
If you are looking for a place to stay then this is the place for you. My husband and I arrived at the hotel and were met by the staff. The staff here are friendly and polite. They made the check in process fast and simple. When we got to our room, it was very clean. Everything worked in the room. It has a full kitchen so I can cook. Yes! They have High speed internet and that is a plus. The hotel is very close to stores that is in walking distance. I feel very safe here. They have cameras monitioring the grounds and the inside of the building on all floors. The parking lot is very well lit too. It also is very close to the Speedway for the NASCAR race. YEAH! Also the staff is willing to help in any situation that comes up. They also help you find fun attractions in the area to keep the kids busy! I would stay here again and again. "A New Great Adventure For Us"
A friend and myself were visting in Homestead, FL. During our visit we checked in at the Value Place Homestead.. We went there first because we saw a large neon sign showing $299 a week.
We went in and checked it out. I was amazed such a place exists. We had a room with a kitchen, (including a refrig) and full bath, thank goodness. We went across the street to the supermarket there, Publix, and were able to buy our food and prepare in the room. It got tiresome eating out everyday. We were able to do our own laundry as there is laundry room facilities available. These amenities were great for us, as were we away from home for a long time so affordably and services were important to us.
This was our first stay at a weekly rated (I think it's called extended-stay) hotel. We will definitely enjoy this place again. Thank you.

This place was great. First of all, you can't beat the price, I mean the rooms have a kitchen and a full bath, gives it a homey feel. The hotel is brand new so everything was really clean, and the staff there was eager to help me since the moment I got there. I give this place 5 stars and would recommend it to anybody. June 2009

My stay at Value Place in Homestead, Florida was very delightful. We were greeted by friendly and proficient people that gladly accommodated a late arrival.
The hotel was so clean and comfortable. We are very glad we booked here. The staff was cherry and helpful with directions and with special requests. The place is great and very easy to find from the Florida Turnpike. We were able to enjoy near-by amenities and the various parks in the vicinity. A real find in the Homestead area. We were also able to drive to and enjoy some time in Key West and return to our room at the Value Place hotel.
We will be back soon and have recommended this amazing value to our family and friends. June 2009
